These collections are built with you in mind - to keep it simple, maximize your budget, and give you the most beautiful experience possible. Just show up - everything will be perfectly ready for your special ceremony!

Wedding Ceremony for up 30 guests
Choose between an more traditional style seated outdoor riverside ceremony at the Ol’ Buckaroo, -OR- opt for a pop-up wedding in Sequoia, at one of many possible ceremony locations! Chairs, decorative aisle rugs, and alter arch included in riverside ceremonies, and for a ceremony wedding in the park it’ll be ‘pop-up’ style intimate standing ceremony, on a cliff overlook or under a grove of Sequoia trees! We can chat about what’s right for your date to make the most of our time together
Wedding Reception for up 30 guests
Hosted by the ‘Sequoia Kitchen’ (formerly Ol’ Buckaroo) you’ll get 5 hours of fully staffed venue use (including ceremony). Parking included for 10 vehicles.
Photography experience by A Fierce Love
Led by our own Peter Amend at A Fierce Love, you’ll receieve a 10 hour of wedding day collection a, which includes prep coverage, ceremony, family photos, portraits, and reception coverage. With over 20 years in the photography industry and a great knowledge of the park - he’ll guide you to his favorite locations for stunning portraits and memories! 500 curated and color corrected images in a digital gallery with a year of storage included.
Assistance with ceremony & reception planning
We’ll will help you curate your timeframe and location list for your photo adventure, ceremony, and reception!
Multi Course Reception Dinner
Multi-course farm to table dinner with customized menu - your choice of 2 entrees, 3 sides, 2 desserts.
Dessert Bar
Selection of two sweet treats from our dessert menu. Everyone loves our s’mores bar, pot de creme, and lemon bars!
All you can drink beer, wine, custom spritzers
Choose __________________ multiple bar options, from bottled or draft beer, wine, custom champagne spritzes, and a multitude of N/A options as well.

Stay for 2 at a private AirBnB next door to the venue
The Venue
Sequoia Kitchen (formerly Ol’ Buckaroo) is the host for both our ceremony (unless you opt for park ceremony!) and receptions - meaning, you’ll never have to leave, unless you choose to! Located in the town of Three Rivers, California, just at the border of Sequoia National Park.
Ceremony Sites
Depending on your wedding day dreams - you can opt for either a pop up ceremony In Sequoia National Park, -or- have your ceremony at our riverside location at the Sequoia Kitchen. We can talk about what’s right for your day - there are a lot of factors to consider: group size, time of year, mobility issues, the amount of time you want to spend driving, etc. And if you choose to have your ceremony at the venue in Three Rivers, we can still have a photo adventure under the trees!
Sequoia National Park Ceremony:
About an hour drive from the venue, this is an adventurous option for smaller groups! Logistically it’s easiest to plan this revolving around group sizes up to 40-50, keep in mind you’ll be out of cell signal, and will need to drive a windy road to arrive at a suitable ceremony location. Only additional thing required is to get a wedding permit from NPS, and choose from a ceremony site such as Beetle Rock or Crescent Meadow
Sequoia Kitchen Ceremony(formerly Ol’ Buckaroo) :
Perfect for any sized group (and certainly recommended for larger ceremonies) we usually suggest this option. Just literal steps from the Kaweah River, you’ll say your vows with the freshwater river rushing in the background. The sun sets behind a mountain to the west, giving you respite from a warm afternoon, and the mountains will stand tall behind you while you say your vows! A staircase leads you from the reception area down to the riverside ceremony area, and folks in wheelchairs will be able to make it to the area via wide step
The Photography Experience
Our photography experience is led by our own Peter Amend of A Fierce Love photography. His award winning photos under the trees will be yours to forever reminisce about your love story. He’ll also be your ‘guide’ - helping you build out your timeline and location list for your day, from start to finish! Your collection includes: 10 hours of coverage on your day, with 500 + images delivered in a digital gallery, 4-6 weeks from your wedding date.
The Culinary Experience
Led by Noelle, our chef and kitchen manager - our food program gives you a taste of central California with a fusion of many culinary delights. Together, you’ll work with her to create a perfect menu that will satisfy your guests needs & tastes. You can look forward to some of our most popular dishes such as our: chimichurri flank steak, crispy aoli potatoes, thai chili wings, avocado pureed scallops, grilled chicken thighs, fresh garden salads, hearty mac & cheese. Often followed by desserts such as our famous lemon bars, pot de creme, and brownies. Trust me - you’re not going home hungry on your wedding day!
Your collection includes a 3 course dinner: 2 entrees, 3 sides, 2 desserts, and beverages (keep reading more for that!) It’s quite literally the best meal in town.
The Beverages
Our all-inclusive beverage program will keep your guests well hydrated, and a sweet buzz for guests over 21 ;)
Choose multiple bar options, from bottled or draft beer, wine, custom champagne spritzs, and a multitude of N/A options as well
The Reception Space
Your collection includes 5 hours of venue use, with a final end time of 10:00pm, per county ordinance.
Tables, glasses, and all tableware are provided under a covered awning, just steps from the Kaweah River. You’re welcome to bring any additional decor, though many people choose to keep it simple and cost effective by using what’s provided!
* Note * some photos may show additional styling. Included in your package are table runners, cloth napkins, deluxe tableware, greenery garlands. Some people choose to go the extra mile with added decor - florals, table numbers, candles, lights - feel free to go wild!
The AirBnB
Your collection includes 2 nights at an included AirBnb, just steps from the venue!

Remove the airbnb for a $500 discount on your package, if you’d like to choose other accomodations! Some folks prefer getting ready in a larger space that will accommodate more friends and family.
